About our Executive Coach
Our senior contract consultant is a certified
executive coach who brings an unusually rich
professional background to his coaching work with
executives and managers.
Extensive expertise in the areas of business
transformation, change leadership, team building and
organizational communications. As an author and
former business journalist, our consultant has
interviewed many of the world’s leading CEOs, and
had unusual access to their perspectives on the
topics of leadership, team building, strategy
execution and organizational change.
Coaching methodology consists of asking probing and
insightful questions, building trust and rapport
with clients, helping clients (“coachees”) develop
clear and measurable coaching goals, and create
powerful development/action plans.
Coaching engagements typically entail use of various
client self-inquiry exercises, diagnostic
interviews, and tools such as 360-degree feedback,
the Wilson Learning Center’s Social Styles Matrix,
the Myers- Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and the
Burke-Litwin Model of Change Management.
Clients for executive coaching services include

University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the
College of William and Mary. Graduate of the AT&T
National Sales School, and holds a Leadership
Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University’s
Center for Professional Development. Member of the
International Coach Federation (ICF) and the
National Press Club. Certified to administer several
leadership assessment instruments developed by the
Center for Creative Leadership. He is also MBTI-qualified
